• Used initially by mechanics in Germany were looking for an especially strong hammer. High carbon steel head C45E. Forged head with induction-treated working surfaces (54 HRC). Working parts finely polished. Epoxy powder paint by electrostatic process, followed by baking. Chamfer 1 / 20th of the head at 45 °. The connection between the head and steel is made by a hydraulic machine. A stress sensor measures on each product the power of the nozzle, then a pressure sensor controls the installation of the resin. A red ring marks the hammer's wooden handle. Registered design. European ash handle: flexible mechanical behavior, contributing notably to the force of the strikes and the absorption of vibrations. Labeling: PEFC-certified (wood from sustainably managed forests).
