Description
2-in-1 hammer, with a nylon bit on the purlin side. Patented design: the only hammer with a mallet tip. Very different from a mallet with a metal tip, it has the weight and power of a rivet. A real hammer in its own right, with the safety and unbreakability for which Mob is renowned. The side panels can also be used for additional strikes. Interchangeable mallet tip. Material: TPU: thermoplastic polyurethane. Hardness 80D Shore. C45E high-carbon steel head. Forged head with induction heat treatment of the working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Electrostatic epoxy powder coating followed by oven baking. Chamfered, slightly domed head. Hydraulic press-fitting machine. A force sensor measures the press-fit power on each individual product, then a pressure sensor controls the resin installation. Pull-out performance is much higher than the norm and is the hallmark of MOB outillage. Four-material Carbon composite handle, with an unbreakable fibreglass core and 2 carbon fibre rods, anti-vibration polypropylene and an elastomer over-injection for grip. A dry, precise hit.
